We are currently in the process of developing approximately 24 residential lots on the southeast corner of Greenwood near Church Road and Ash Street. The subdivision is currently in the planning stage and we hope to have lots available in late summer 2023. The lots are planned at approximately 10,000-11,500 square feet and will have a cost of $45,000 - $65,000 depending on the final development cost.
